Victoria is a Western Medical Herbalist and Arvigo® Abdominal Massage practitioner. This makes her one of a handful of therapist in the UK able to bring together herbal medicine with specialist abdominal massage techniques to support optimal reproductive and digestive health.
Victoria works with men and women, boys and girls at all stages of their development. Victoria holds two BSc (honours) degrees in Herbal Medicine (1:1) and Psychology (2:1), and an advanced professional qualification in the Arvigo® techniques of Maya abdominal therapy.
The Arvigo® techniques of Maya abdominal massage support your reproductive and digestive health. The techniques are a gentle, non-invasive massage of the abdomen, sacrum, back and hips founded on ancient Maya abdominal massage and healing techniques.
The techniques address the physical health and position of pelvic and abdominal organs. Soft and gentle manipulations are used to reposition misaligned organs and to stimulate the circulation of blood, lymph and nerve impulses, in so doing, nourishing and clearing organs for optimal function. See official Arvigo® site.

The Arvigo® Abdominal Massage lasts for one hour and is a gentle, non-invasive massage and manipulation of the abdomen, sacrum, back and hips. As self-care is an important part of the treatment, at the end of your massage you will be shown how to complete the abdominal massage for yourself.
If you feel you need a more in-depth consultation or if you feel your condition could benefit from herbal medicine, dietary and lifestyle advice it may be worth booking a two hour session.
