The modalities or therapies I specialise in are Psychodynamic (Early Life), Humanistic (Relationships), Existential (Meaninglessness) & Transpersonal (Spiritual Enquiry). I trained at the CCPE (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education) in London for five years, qualifying as a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist.
I predominantly work with people suffering with emotions like panic, anxiety, meaninglessness, anger and depression and these can be linked or triggered by experiences like the pressures of lockdown, obsessions, relationship issues, fear of commitment, emotional abuse, physical abuse, divorce and separation, conflicts at work, redundancy, low self esteem, life crisis, grief and both male and female post-natal depression.
Everyone deserves to be heard and I know that making the first step into therapy takes courage, that’s why I respect anyone reaching out for help.
My Qualification is accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and my school, CCPE, is also accredited and a member of the UKCP(United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).
