I am a fully qualified and accredited practitioner with twenty-five years experience of helping people. I have qualifications in both counselling and psychotherapy. I take my work and my client’s welfare very seriously.
Catherine is a qualified counsellor with experience in working with anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, depression, bereavement and loss, and substance misuse and addictions.
I trained at The Minster Centre and hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Level 7 BACP Accredited Course). I am a registered member of the BACP and abide by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions and follow their Professional Conduct Procedure.
I work with people suffering emotions like panic, anxiety, meaninglessness, anger and depression. I know that making the first step into therapy takes courage, that’s why I respect anyone reaching out for help.
I am a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist. I am also a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist, have a qualification in Counselling and thirty years experience of helping people therapeutically.
I am a BACP Accredited person-centred counsellor/psychotherapist and have been in practice since 1992. I work to the Ethical Framework of the BACP, The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and, as with all counsellors I receive supervision to ensure my work is ethical. I work with individuals and with couples.
