I am delighted to offer my very favourite Holistic Massage treatments, all of which are tailored and blended to suit every person’s specific needs from emotional stress to sports injuries & rehabilitation. I love helping to rebalance and regenerate a client’s energy, aiding them into deep relaxation and subsequent recovery. I really connect with each treatment and work with the body as a whole, releasing built up tension that may also be causing physical aches and pains in areas unknown to the client. All treatments encompass soothing hand connections, as I believe this is essential to enable a client to enter into a state of full relaxation, allowing the body and mind to holistically get the very best from each session.
