I am an ITEC Level 3 qualified therapist and delighted to offer Deep Tissue, Swedish and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. All sessions are tailored to suit every person’s specific needs from emotional stress & postural issues to sports injuries & muscle or joint rehabilitation.

I really connect with each treatment and work intuitively and thoughtfully, releasing built up tension that may also be causing issues in areas unknown to the client. All treatments encompass hand connections, as I believe this is essential to enable a client to enter into a state of full relaxation, allowing the body and mind get the very best from each session.
