I’m Kate Renshaw and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist trained specifically in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

I have spent many years working with clients in various settings, from prisons to schools, and completed training in several different areas including Counselling & Psychotherapy, Restorative Justice and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have always been passionately committed to helping people make positive change in their lives and grow their self-belief and confidence.

I have always had a keen interest in the self development world, and have tried many different available techniques, but it wasn’t until I came across RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), created by Marisa Peer, that I understood that it is possible to make lasting powerful changes in a short period of time. Finally a technique that actually works.

Do you have an issue you have been trying to change and not had any luck? RTT dissolves an issue in between one and three sessions and supports you to continue forward with new, more empowering beliefs. Whether you’re struggling with addiction, phobias, weight loss, anxiety or a physical issue, with RTT you can see real change.

Each treatment requires a commitment to:

  • An initial consultation (Discovery Call) on Zoom/phone 20 – 30 mins
  • RTT Hypnotherapy session in person/online 1.5 – 2 hrs
  • A bespoke recording to be listened to for 21 days
  • 2 weekly check-ins
  • 21 day follow-up on Zoom/phone 20 – 30 mins

How does RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) work?

RTT offers permanent and fast transformation by exploring 3 or more scenes, investigating and identifying the root cause of an issue before moving on to interrupt that belief and finally install new beliefs. There are several different tools that are used during the session and the approach combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Programming and neuroscience.
