Alexandra Sardinha

AS Sports Therapy was established in 2017 by Sports therapist Alexandra Sardinha, after graduating from the University of Bedfordshire with a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy.

Alexandra has since gone on to qualify in Kinesiology taping, Dry needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (RockBlades) and Myofascial Cupping (FMT Rockpods). She is also a qualified L3 Personal Trainer.

Alexandra is passionate about helping others reach their fitness potential, keeping them injury and pain free. She has worked with various athletes including footballers, marathon runners, rugby teams, as well as treating clients of various ages and abilities.

Alexandra enjoys keeping fit by walking, cycling, playing badminton and practising yoga.
