Talking therapy offers you the opportunity to explore any thoughts and feelings you have without judgement; to make sense of your experiences; to be heard and to be understood.

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, registered and accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.bacp.co.uk). In my experience therapy can have a profound impact on our understanding of ourselves, the relationship we have with our self and, by extension, the relationships we have with other people.

My Approach

People come to therapy for many reasons; you may be feeling low or worried about something in your life, there may be a specific issue or decision you wish to explore, a life event which has impacted you, or an ongoing conflict you wish to resolve. Whatever your reason for getting in touch, my aim is to provide every client with a safe, supportive and confidential space where you will be listened to and where together we can start to make sense of your experience and feelings.
