Counsellor
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and be heard. Life can be overwhelming, and counselling gives you a chance to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of things in a safe environment.

My approach is humanistic and integrative, which means I don’t believe in “one size fits all.” I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. Sometimes that might mean exploring patterns in relationships, sometimes focusing on the here-and-now, and other times finding practical tools you can use day-to-day.

What matters most is the relationship we build together — one based on respect, trust, and acceptance. I won’t tell you what to do, but I’ll work alongside you to help you explore your experiences, develop insight, open up your options and/or figure out what’s right for you.
I have worked extensively with both adults and young people, including neurodiverse clients, and I’m mindful that everyone’s experience of life is unique. I bring curiosity and openness to our work together, so that your own perspective shapes the direction of therapy.

I am a registered member of the BACP, and I offer counselling both in person in Berkhamstead and online.
